Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Boundless Treasures Boutique is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Boundless Treasures Boutique. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Boundless Treasures Boutique, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases.
SECTION 10 - CUSTOM ORDER POLICY & DISCLAIMERS
This section contains specific policies governing custom glitter tumbler orders. By placing a custom order, you expressly agree to these terms.
A. Custom Order Process:
- After placing a custom tumbler order, you will receive a digital mock-up via email for your approval.

You have 24 hours from the time the mock-up email is sent to review and provide your written approval. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will proceed with production based on the provided design details.

Once a custom order mock-up is approved, no further changes can be made to the design, text, or colors. Please review your mock-up carefully.
B. Final Sale on Custom Items: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for custom tumblers after mock-up approval. This policy is strictly enforced without exception.
C. Mock-Up Color Disclaimer: The digital mock-ups provided for custom orders are computer-generated representations. Slight variations in glitter color, shimmer, or finish may occur between the mock-up and the final physical product. These variations are a normal characteristic of handmade glitter tumblers and materials. By approving your mock-up, you acknowledge and accept that the final product may have minor, acceptable color differences.
D. Processing Times: Please allow 7-14 business days for production after mock-up approval before shipment. Processing times may extend during peak seasons.
SECTION 11 - ORDER ISSUES & REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
A. Ready-to-Ship Items: If there is an issue with your ready-to-ship order (e.g., damage in transit, incorrect item received), you must report it via email to boundlesstreasuresboutique@hotmail.com.
B. Critical Reporting Timeline: The issue must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date (as shown by the carrier's tracking). Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Failure to report an issue within this 24-hour window will result in the forfeiture of any refund, return, or exchange eligibility. No exceptions.
